3:00 p.m. Arrive at Watterson. Head out to field. Stretch on own.
3:15 p.m. On field for practice. In marching shoes.
4:00 p.m. Practice ends. Load trailers.
4:30 p.m. In seats for speeches/announcements. In uniform pants. Tops in bags.
4:55 p.m. Load buses. Don’t forget anything!
5:00 p.m. Buses depart for Worthington.
5:15 p.m. Buses arrive at Thomas Worthington H.S. Unload, use restrooms.
5:40 p.m. Be ready to move. In full uniform/hats off. Stretching.

Come Join Us for a Dining Out Night at Rooster’s Olentangy - November 2nd, 2016 - Carry out or dine in at the Roosters at the 3370 Olentangy River Road location (ONLY)

You must present this coupon for Bishop Watterson High School to receive a portion of tonight’s sales.

Open to all - friends, relatives, and alumni. The Bishop Watterson High School Band Boosters receive a percentage of the receipts for dining in or carry out orders. You may NOT pass out flyers on the restaurant premises.

Mini-Camp

OMEA Contest

Contest starts at 6:00 pm

1:45 p.m. Students arrive at Watterson.
4:00 p.m. Buses depart for Dublin.
4:30 p.m. Buses arrive at Jerome H.S.
6:30 p.m. Perform.
9:15 p.m. Awards.
9:30 p.m. Load buses & depart for home.
10:00 p.m. Arrive back at Watterson.
 
If students are leaving early for the dance, a note from the parents must be given to Mr. Renzi by Friday.

 

Candy Sale

Location: 

  • The candy sale officially kicks of on Friday, September 9.  Every student will receive a mix of 30 candy bars.
  • The quota is 60 candy bars per student.  
  • When you want more candy bars, students must sign up for the amount (multiples of 5) and turn in a check for the previous amount taken.
  • All checks made out to Bishop Watterson Band Boosters
  • Sale ends September 23
